The best window cleaning you’ve ever had, or it’s free.
Port Isabel sits where the Laguna Madre meets the Brownsville Ship Channel, and the salt comes at the glass from both. We clean inside and out on a set neighborhood day, from the lighthouse to Long Island Village.

What Port Isabel does to a window
Port Isabel is the mainland end of the Queen Isabella Causeway, and the whole town is low and close to the water. The Laguna Madre wraps the north and east sides, the Brownsville Ship Channel runs along the south, and the onshore wind that crosses South Padre Island keeps right on going across Highway 100 and into town. Homes around Lighthouse Square and the old streets near the harbor get salt film on the glass within a few weeks, and the houses in Long Island Village, which sit on the channel side with water on nearly every street, get it faster than that.
The shrimp fleet and the ship traffic add a second layer. Diesel haze from the boats and the fish houses along the channel settles onto east-facing glass, and the humidity glues it to the salt so the film turns from white to gray. Laguna Heights, on the Highway 100 side, is a little farther from the open water but picks up dust from the flats and the roadside whenever the weather turns dry, and that grit scratches if it is wiped without water. Irrigation here runs on very hard water, so the lower panes near a sprinkler head collect a line of mineral spots that will not rinse off.
A quarterly plan suits most Port Isabel and Laguna Heights homes, with the inside glass done once a year. Waterfront homes in Long Island Village and along the channel usually go to every month or two, and owners who leave for the summer have us keep the plan going so the glass is clear when they return in the fall. Rental owners near the causeway have us time the first clean of the year for just before spring break. We work the old town, Long Island Village and the Highway 100 neighborhoods on their own days, clear the tracks of sand on every visit, and send a text the morning of each visit so nobody has to wait at home.

How much does window cleaning cost in Port Isabel?
First-clean pricing varies by home size and service package. A first cleaning, inside and out, is $259 for a home up to 2,000 square feet, $329 for 2,000 to 3,500 square feet, and $429 for larger homes on our Silver package. How often should windows be cleaned in Port Isabel?
Quarterly keeps the salt and diesel haze under control for most homes in the old town and Laguna Heights. Waterfront homes in Long Island Village and along the ship channel pick up salt within weeks and do better every month or two. Most people have the inside glass done once a year.
Do you work in Long Island Village?
Yes. We work the whole community on one day, including the canal lots and the park model homes. Tell us the entry procedure when you book and we take care of the rest.
Can you clean the glass on a house that has been shut up for the summer?
Yes. Many Port Isabel homes are empty from May to October, and the glass is heavily filmed by the time the owners get back. Book a first clean for the week before you arrive and we will have both sides of the glass clear and the tracks cleared of sand.
